Cartacanta Festival
Cartacanta è l’associazione che dal 1998 parla di comunicazione visiva, portando a Civitanova e nelle Marche i migliori graphic designer italiani e internazionali. GraphicFest, festival, esposizioni, workshop, laboratori organizzati negli anni hanno favorito collaborazioni e relazioni forti, nonché la nascita del Museo Archivio Grafica e Manifesto MAGMA nel 2020. Da Reza Abedini a Walter Sardonini, i maggiori grafici e illustratori hanno curato le grafiche per la rassegna su “tutto ciò che è di carta”. Convegni, seminari, concorsi letterari e del fumetto, salone del libro, mostre e laboratori: un contenitore di relazioni e crescita culturale che culmina nel 2020 con l’istituzione del Museo MAGMA e prosegue per la sua rotta tracciando la via della conoscenza, della tolleranza, di una società consapevole. Il manifesto è il testimone delle attività del Cartacanta Festival e quì una parte della grande produzione di poster che hanno contribuito al grande successo del progetto.
Cartacanta — the association that has been talking about visual communication since 1998, bringing to Civitanova Marche and all around the Marche region the best and greatest Italian and international graphic designers. GraphicFest, festival, expositions, workshop, labs organised over years has fostered strong and new collaborations and relationships, not to say the birth of Museo Archivio Grafica e Manifesto MAGMA in 2020. From Reza Abedini to Walter Sardonini, the greatest illustrators and graphic designers have curated the graphics for the exhibition on “everything made of paper”. Conferences, seminars, literature and comics contests, book fair, shows, exhibitions and labs: A framework of relationships and cultural growth that culminates in 2020 with the establishment of the MAGMA Museum and it continues on its journey, charting the path of knowledge, tolerance, and an aware society.
